The challenge
The Dubai Government Excellence Programme assesses government entities against the Government Elite Model, and the assessment of Dubai Customs called for an assessor who could judge a customs administration’s claims and evidence against international practice, not only against the model’s generic criteria.
Our role
Expert assessor for customs, appointed by the Programme to assess Dubai Customs.
What we did
Assessment of Dubai Customs against the Government Elite Model; validation of the achievements, evidence and key performance indicators submitted by the administration; and presentation of findings and improvement recommendations to the Programme’s technical jury.
What was delivered
A validated assessment of Dubai Customs and a set of actionable improvement recommendations presented to the technical jury.
