Technical adviser to ASEAN customs administrations on green customs, compliance with the Basel Convention and other multilateral environmental agreements, and the classification of circular-economy and remanufactured goods under ATIGA and free trade agreements. The work includes capacity assessments and training in selected Member States and policy inputs to support ASEAN coordination.
