Vice-Chair, WCO-ESA Region. Represented 24 East & Southern African Member States in WCO Council & WCO Policy Commission. Also responsible for Chairing ESA Council meetings; overseeing the activities of the Regional Office for Capacity Building (ROCB) located in Kenya; thee Regional Training Centres (RTCs) in Kenya, South Africa & Zimbabwe, & Regional Intelligence Liaison Office (RILO).
