Logic was the prime contractor & the Bahamas Customs Service the End User. Designed a sophisticated risk management system that conforms to the WCO Risk Management Compendium covering Goods Means of Transport (Air, Road, Rail & Sea); & Passenger traffic – targeting revenue loss, drugs, arms, excise products, prohibited, restricted, controlled or licenses goods. Provided guidance on the whole risk management process encompassing the risk categorisation process & the creation of a Risk Register.
